• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong and long-term relationships.
• Manage, update, and maintain customer data using CRM systems and ERP software with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution as per defined TAT.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Track customer interactions, follow-ups, orders, invoices, and service history through the ERP system.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address potential issues.
• Generate and analyze CRM and ERP-based reports related to customer engagement, order status, billing, and feedback.
• Support the sales team with lead tracking, customer follow-ups, and conversion support using CRM & ERP tools.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer communications, contracts, quotations, and service records in the ERP system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer data and transaction history.
• Implement CRM and ERP best practices to improve process efficiency and customer retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and data protection standards while using ERP systems.
