Job Description:

Plush Technologies is looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing orders in coordination with the team, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Manage and coordinate customer orders with the internal team.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and inquiries.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders.
• Provide prompt responses and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with team members.
• Prior experience in customer handling or sales support will be an advantage.
