Customer Relationship Manager

Position: CRM Executive (Female)

Location: Jhotwara Industrial Area, Jaipur

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferred from Manufacturing / Glass / Industrial Sector)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Coordinate between sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain and update client data in CRM software.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
• Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and service improvements.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
