• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain customer records, communication logs, and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth customer experience.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Relationship Officer / Customer Support Executive.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Good communication skills over phone and written channels.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and calling systems.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred.
• Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Qualification:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
