Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to drive sales.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery options.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.

Ensure professional, high-quality customer interactions.

Log all activities, updates, and follow-ups accurately in CRM.

Collaborate with team leads for performance improvements.

Upsell and cross-sell wherever applicable.
