Customer Support Executive Voice/Chat Process

Location: Sitapur, Pratap Nagar, Manasarovar

Shift: Night Shift (5 days working, rotational week offs)

Eligibility:

• Graduates – Freshers eligible
• Undergraduates – Minimum 6 months International BPO experience

Communication Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
• No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)

Salary Range:

• Freshers: 14,000 – 25,000 In-Hand (based on interview)
• Experienced: 24,000 – 37,000 In-Hand (based on process & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries within the defined TAT
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Adhere to quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
