Customer Service Executive

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with basic IT and networking knowledge to handle broadband customer queries, complaints, and technical coordination.

The role involves handling customer calls and WhatsApp support, understanding internet-related issues, and coordinating with field technicians to ensure quick and effective resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

Make recharge reminder and confirmation calls to existing customers

Maintain and update payment receipts and daily records

Perform sales calls to new and existing leads for service activation

Manage and update leads on the company portal

Create customer IDs/accounts through the internal portal

Conduct feedback calls for newly activated connections to ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and service follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualities:

Good communication skills (Hindi / local language preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (portal handling, data entry)

Ability to handle customers politely and confidently

Sales-oriented mindset with follow-up skills

Organized and detail-focused
