Customer Service Executive

Role:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, maintain call records, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.

Requirements:

Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, customer handling ability, telecalling or BPO experience preferred, flexible for shifts, and target-oriented approach.
