Role: Customer Service Executive-International-Female Only

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills

Minimum 6 months of BPO experience

Female candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle medical-related customer queries with empathy and professionalism

• Provide accurate information and assistance via calls and emails

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently

• Maintain records of interactions and follow compliance guidelines

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹27,000 CTC

Process & Requirements:

Interview Rounds: HR & Ops

Assessment: US Voice Versant (B2 Level)

Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week with rotational shifts & offs

Transport: One-sided cab for female employees during odd hours
