Job Description

We are looking for a Client Communication Executive who will handle client communication through video meetings and emails and coordinate work between clients and internal team members.

This role requires very strong English fluency (spoken and written). You will manage clients from onboarding to project closure, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

This is not a Project Manager role.

No task planning, timelines, or technical ownership is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and handle client video meetings (Google Meet / Zoom)
• Communicate confidently with clients in fluent English
• Handle client emails and basic documentation
• Understand client requirements and coordinate them with the internal team
• Act as a communication bridge between clients and employees
• Join onboarding calls, review calls, and final closure calls
• Share updates with clients and clarify feedback

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (high fluency required)
• Strong client-handling and communication skills
• Confidence in leading client calls independently
• Ability to understand service-related discussions quickly
• Professional attitude and clear communication style

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in client servicing, customer success, or account handling
• Experience in IT agencies, web development, Shopify, or digital services
