Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Customer Service/Sales professionals for an international customer support and sales process. The role involves handling global customers, understanding their needs, offering solutions, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver accurate, effective solutions.
• Drive sales through consultative communication, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Achieve performance targets including CSAT, Sales, Productivity, and Quality.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity during all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up To 46K CTC / Depends on interview.
