✔ Customer Support / Client Service Experience Preferred

📝 *Job Responsibilities* :

🔹 Handle customer queries & complaints (Calls, Chat & Email – Blended Process)

🔹 Support global customers in a professional corporate environment

🔹 Assist customers related to e-commerce (Electronic Supplies)

🔹 Provide accurate information & timely resolutions

🔹 Maintain customer satisfaction & build strong relationships

🔹 Follow company communication guidelines & processes

⏰ *Work Details* :

✔ 5.5 Days Working (Rotational Off)

✔ 9 Hours Shift

✔ Rotational Shifts

✔ Cab Facility Available (Evening & Night)

✔ ₹180 Travel Allowance per day (Evening/Night – Male Employees)
