Customer Success Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Executive - Payments preferably with experience in accounts receivable. The role focuses on ensuring timely payment follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support smooth recovery processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibility:

1. Accounts Receivable & Recovery

• Track accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and share periodic statements of account with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved payment or recovery issues.

2. Customer Success & Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries related to billing and payments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth billing and recovery processes.

3. Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable accounting regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Basic understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
