Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process). The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
A. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to products/services efficiently.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Provide excellent customer experience with strong communication skills.
Work in coordination with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
B. Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO (Voice Process).
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level preferred).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
C. Salary & Benefits: Salary up to ₹34,000 CTC per month.
Incentives based on performance (if applicable).
Night shift allowances as per company policy.
Cab facility available under conditions.
D. Shifts & Working Days:5.5 days working with rotational shifts.
Rotational weekly offs.
