Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE) – Walmart Process

📍 Location: Jaipur

💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months (International Voice BPO)

💰 CTC: Up to ₹32,000

Role Summary:We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Walmart process. The role involves handling international customer queries through voice support and ensuring high-quality customer service.

• Eligibility Criteria:Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice BPO
• Good communication skills (English – US Voice)
• Versant Level: C1 (US Voice)
• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via calls (international process)
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
• Meet performance and productivity targets
• Interview Process:HR Round
• Operations Round
• Shift & Working Details:5.5 days working
• Rotational shifts and weekly offs
• Additional Benefits:₹180 per night shift (for males)
• One-side cab facility for females during odd hours
