Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Medical Billing Backend Process. The role focuses on appointment scheduling, billing support, claims processing, and patient record management within the healthcare domain. This is a non-voice / backend support role with limited coordination.

1. Key Responsibilities Handle appointment scheduling and patient coordination tasks.
2. Support medical billing operations, including claims, billing, and settlements.
3. Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system.
4. Assist in backend healthcare operations with high attention to detail.
5. Ensure HIPAA compliance, data accuracy, and patient confidentiality.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and backend workflows.

• Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline)
• (Healthcare, Medical Billing, Accounts preferred)
• Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• (Medical billing / healthcare backend experience is an added advantage)
• Skills Required:
