Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide call/email/chat support for global customers.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ability to assess customer sentiment at all stages during the whole communication process.
• Manages all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalism.
