Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Experience: Min - 6 months

Salary Range: 18,000 - 25,000 pm

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be excellent in both English and Hindi.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support systems.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service processes.
  • Meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling customer support for B2B environments.
  • Prior experience in voice, email and chat-based support.
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Bitrix24, or similar platforms.
