Customer Support Executive

Job Role:

Handle Domestic/International customer inquiries via calls & Chat/Email

Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently.

Build rapport with customers and document interactions.

Escalate complex issues when required.

Stay updated on new products and company policies.

Eligibility:

Candidate should be minimum Undergraduate from recognized University

Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer service Can apply.

Age limit: 18 to 32 years.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Comfortable with rotational shifts.
