About JaipuriStitchJaipuriStitch is a growing Jaipur-based clothing brand specializing in premium cotton shirts and kurtas inspired by traditional Sanganeri prints. We are building a modern D2C fashion brand and looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and daily backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support Handle customer queries related to orders, exchanges, and returns
• Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
• Resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner
• Order ManagementManage daily online orders and order processing
• Coordinate with the dispatch and packaging team
• Track shipments and update customers regarding order status
• Inventory ManagementMaintain product stock records
• Update inventory details in the system
• Assist in stock counting and management

Backend Operations Handle

• basic office administrative work
• Maintain order data and reports
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline
• Fluent in English and Hindi (speaking and writing)
• Good customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, data handling)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Freshers can also apply
• Having knowledge of Shopify and the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
