Job Description

  1. Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers (US Voice process).
  2. Resolve customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  4. Follow process guidelines and quality standards during calls.
  5. Update customer details and interaction notes in the system.
  6. Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
  • Eligibility Criteria:Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice BPO (mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts
  • Salary & Benefits:CTC: ₹29,400 – ₹35,000 per month
