Work Schedule:5 days working | 24x7 rotational shifts

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in an international voice process to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support and sales assistance to global customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for software and digital products.

Drive revenue by identifying and promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Meet and exceed targets in CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), Sales, and Quality.

Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service.

Handle customer interactions via voice in an international process setting.

Eligibility (Mandatory):

Minimum 1 year of experience an international voice process(BPO preferred).

Excellent English communication skills(both verbal and written) are compulsory.

Graduation in any field is required.

Must be comfortable with24x7 rotational shifts in a 5-day working week.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
