Role: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and make calls to assist customers
• Answer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat
• Handle basic order-related issues like shipping status, payment updates, etc.
• Maintain polite and clear communication with customers
• Use basic computer tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or WhatsApp Web
• Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team if needed

Who Can Apply:

• Female candidates aged between 18 to 24 years
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using a computer and smartphone
