Job SummaryWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US Voice / Hospitality process. The role involves handling customer queries via voice calls, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for international clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls for US clients
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
- Deliver high-quality customer service with strong communication skills
- Maintain professionalism and service standards as per process guidelines
- Document customer interactions accurately in systems
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Undergraduate / Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO experience in Hospitality background (Mandatory)
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Process Exposure: US / International Voice Process preferred
- Shifts: Rotational shifts
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
