Job Description

  • Provide software support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues
  • Install, configure, and update software applications
  • Coordinate with the development team for unresolved issues
  • Train users on basic software usage and features
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
