Customer Support Executive

You will manage the end-to-end customer journey by conducting daily order confirmation calls and address verification over calls and also provide seamless support across whatsapp. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns with empathy, ensuring every customers receives a premium experience. Your role includes managing the logistics of returns and exchanges while maintaining a solution-oriented approach to minimize RTO. We are looking for a highly organized communicator who can balance professional efficiency with a passion for fashion. Ultimately, you will build brand loyalty by turning every inquiry into a positive, personalized interaction.
