Job Description
A Customer Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They act as the first point of contact between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
Assist in improving customer service processes and policies
Required Skills
