Job Summary:


As a Customer Support Executive at Xobolt, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving queries, offering product support, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience with our EV charging services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


  • Resolve technical and operational issues related to EV chargers and mobile app support.


  • Provide step-by-step guidance for charger usage, and troubleshooting.


  • Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution with internal teams.


  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.


  • Coordinate with field technicians, operations, and sales teams to close support tickets.


  • Collect customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvement.


  • Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices.


  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty through excellent service.



Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


  • 1–3 years of customer support or technical support experience (EV/tech industry preferred).


  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.


  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software (e.g., hubspot, Freshdesk, Zoho, etc.).


  • Basic technical understanding of EV chargers or mobile apps is a plus.


  • Ability to stay calm and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
