Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Executive at Xobolt, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving queries, offering product support, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience with our EV charging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve technical and operational issues related to EV chargers and mobile app support.
- Provide step-by-step guidance for charger usage, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Coordinate with field technicians, operations, and sales teams to close support tickets.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvement.
- Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty through excellent service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of customer support or technical support experience (EV/tech industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software (e.g., hubspot, Freshdesk, Zoho, etc.).
- Basic technical understanding of EV chargers or mobile apps is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
