Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+

About the Role-We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle international customer communication, primarily through email and chat (90%), with limited voice support (10%). The role focuses on providing shipment and delivery updates to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and limited calls
- Provide accurate international shipment and order status updates
- Update and maintain customer records using Excel and Google Sheets
- Ensure timely and professional customer communication
- Coordinate internally to resolve customer concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic computer skills (email handling, data entry, internet usage)
- Ability to manage a non-voice-heavy process
- Customer-focused attitude
- Immediate joiners only
Work Schedule
- 6 days working
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
