Job OverviewThe Inbound LOB Executive will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries related to orders, payments, products, returns/refunds, deliveries, and account-related concerns. The role demands strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset to ensure seamless post-purchase experience and high customer satisfaction.

Key

Responsibilities• Attend inbound customer calls and do outbound calls as per process.

• Assist customers for their queries as per SOP.

• Provide accurate resolutions within defined SLAs and quality standards

• Document interactions and update cases/tickets in CRM systems

• Follow process SOPs and maintain compliance related to data privacy & customer verification

• Meet key KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT, Quality, Attendance & Adherence

& Competencies• Strong verbal communication with clear articulation

• Ability to handle agitated or dissatisfied customers professionally

• Multitasking & active listening skills

• Empathy-driven and solution-oriented approach

• Good computer proficiency (CRM systems, web navigation).

• Basic Typing speed is acceptable.

Eligibility

& QualificationsEducation: 10+2 minimum; Graduates preferred

Experience:

• Freshers with good communication skills OR

• 6–24 months of customer service experience in BPO/E-commerce preferred

Language: English + Hindi.

Work Environment• Rotational shifts and week-offs as per customer demand patterns
