Process: Customer Support (CSE – US Voice)

Job Role :

Handle customer calls from US customers.

Assist with orders, refunds, deliveries, and general queries

Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication

Ensure first-call resolution and proper documentation

Eligibility :

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Minimum 6 months International Voice BPO experience (mandatory)

Excellent English communication skills

Comfortable with rotational night shifts

Salary :

₹29,400 – ₹32,000 CTC

Interview Process :

HR Round/Operations Round

Shifts & Weekly Off : 5.5 days working Rotational shifts & rotational offs

Cab Facility :

₹180 per night shift cab allowance for males

One-side cab facility for females during odd hours

Assessment :

Versant US Voice: B2 / C1 level
