- Enter data accurately into ERP / Excel / internal systems
- Update daily production, attendance, inventory, or dispatch records
- Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
- Maintain physical and digital records properly
- Generate basic reports as required by management
- Coordinate with departments to collect required data
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Handle basic office documentation and filing
