Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and update product, order, and customer data in system
- Process online orders and coordinate with dispatch team
- Handle order tracking, returns, and exchange entries
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce team
Requirements:
- Graduate or 12th pass with computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry
- Experience in e-commerce order handling preferred
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills
