Data Entry / Computer Operator – Job DescriptionA Data Entry / Computer Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in systems, spreadsheets, or software
• Maintain records of invoices, stock, and customer details
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors
• Generate reports using MS Excel or other tools
• Handle basic computer operations and file management
• Support office tasks like documentation and printing
• Maintain confidentiality of company data

Required Skills:

• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., TallyPrime is a plus)
• Attention to detail
• Basic communication skills

Qualification:

• 12th pass / Graduate
• Basic computer course preferred
