Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate has fast typing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Correct data discrepancies and errors as needed
- Generate reports and retrieve data upon request
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure data integrity
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to data management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in MSWord and Excel) and/or data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
