Data Quality Executive

As an Data Quality Executive, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and support for both internal teams and external clients. You’ll handle hardware/software issues, assist clients with product queries, and contribute to the efficiency of our technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

🖥️ Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 1 support for users (internal/external) related to hardware, software, and applications.
• Offer product support to clients by resolving functional or technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-level problems, including data-related concerns.
• Respond promptly to support tickets and queries, ensuring timely resolution.

🔐 IT Administration

• Handle routine IT administrative tasks including password resets, user account updates, and access management.
• Maintain documentation of all troubleshooting procedures and resolutions
