Role OverviewThe Delivery Boy is responsible for picking up and delivering food, groceries, or parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires good navigation skills, time management, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities1. Pickup & DeliveryPick up orders from restaurants, stores, or warehouses.
• Deliver items to customers accurately and on time.
• Ensure safe handling of food and packages.
• 2. Customer ServiceCommunicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Validate order details and ensure correct delivery.
• Resolve basic delivery-related issues on the spot.
• 3. Navigation & ComplianceFollow assigned routes and use mobile apps for navigation.
• Adhere to traffic rules and maintain road safety.
• Follow company delivery protocols and guidelines.
• 4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of deliveries completed.
• Collect payments when required (COD orders).
• Report daily activity, delays, or issues to the team lead.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th pass (preferred).
• Own a bike/scooter with valid Driving License (DL).
• Valid RC, insurance, and pollution certificate (PUC).
• Smartphone with internet.
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Physically fit and able to ride for long hours.
