Delivery Boy Biker

A Delivery Boy's job involves safely and efficiently transporting goods (food, packages) from a business to customers, requiring a valid license, good navigation/route planning, physical fitness for loading/unloading, excellent customer service, and skills in time management, handling payments, and maintaining delivery records, all while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Logistics: Pick up and deliver orders, plan efficient routes, load/unload vehicles carefully, and ensure timely delivery within timeframes.
• Customer Service: Interact politely with customers, answer questions, handle complaints, obtain signatures, and collect payments if needed.
• Vehicle & Safety: Operate a delivery vehicle (bike, van), perform basic maintenance, and strictly follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, expenses, customer interactions, and report any issues to supervisors. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• License & Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Navigation: Familiarity with local areas and efficient route planning.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
• Physical: Good physical fitness to handle heavy items and work in varying conditions.
• Technical: Ability to use smartphones for navigation and apps.
