Job Description
- Pick up and deliver products to customers as per assigned routes and schedules
- Ensure items are delivered safely without damage or loss
- Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and payment (if applicable)
- Collect cash/online payments and submit them to the office as per company policy
- Maintain delivery records, receipts, and reports
- Communicate with customers politely and professionally
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines
- Report delays, issues, or customer feedback to the supervisor
- Take care of the delivery vehicle and keep it clean and functional
