Job Location: Basement, E - 14, Rd. no. -1,VKI Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302013

Job Responsibilities:

• Receives material coming into the Depot by vendors, customers, or others accurately and promptly.
• Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the Invoice.
• Provide report to the Head office regarding Shortage/Damage/Non-Moving/Expired goods details and maintain appropriately report/record of any discrepancies.
• To accurately place materials in godown in an orderly manner.
• Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print back order and inventory stock put away list.
• Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers.
• Preparation& Maintenance of all dispatch documentation like E-Invoice, E-waybill etc.
• Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly.
• Maintain all record of Purchases, Sales, Bank Reconciliation, Expenses, Stock, Cash etc. in depot
• Ensure Depot equipment is maintained on a regular basis.
• Handing email
• To accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the cycle count list.
• Any other report required by management.

• Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in commerce
