Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated B.Tech fresher to join our design team as a Design Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in design coordination, technical documentation, and project support while working closely with engineering and execution teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Coordination

• Coordinate with design engineers, project, and execution teams
• Assist in preparation and review of design drawings and layouts
• Ensure timely circulation of drawings and design inputs

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain design documents, drawings, and revision logs
• Support BOQ preparation and basic technical documentation
• Track approvals, submissions, and design changes

Project Support

• Support project teams with design-related clarifications
• Assist in resolving site queries in coordination with design engineers
• Follow up on design timelines to meet project schedules

Learning & Development

• Learn design standards, codes, and company SOPs
• Assist senior engineers in design calculations and planning
• Continuously improve technical and coordination skills
• Required Skills & CompetenciesBasic understanding of engineering design concepts
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Educational QualificationB.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / relevant discipline)
• ExperienceFresher (0–1 year experience)
• Internship or project experience will be an added advantage
• Tools (Good to Have)AutoCAD / basic design software
• MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
