Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Creative Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a blend of a master storyteller and a digital strategist. You will be responsible for bringing the I-KIT STEAM Lab brand to life by creating engaging content and managing our digital presence to inspire schools, students, parents, and educators.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content Graphics, Videos for our website, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Stories creations : short videos of students innovations, projects, lab outcomes.
• Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day posting, community engagement, and growth strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Design, Sales, and Academic teams to translate product features into compelling marketing stories.
• Growth & Optimization: SEO initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.
• Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and submit regular MIS reports to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Consistency: Adherence to the posting schedule and content calendar deadlines.
• Audience Growth: Measurable growth in social media followers and website traffic.
• Accuracy: High standards of grammar, facts, and formatting in all communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content writing and social media management. Freshers with an exceptional portfolio or internship experience in STEAM/Education will be considered.
• Certification: Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Creative Writing are a strong plus.

Key Skills

• Story creations, theme creations for social media content.
• Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
