Job Summary:

Urban Nest Realty Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and generate leads for real estate projects, including premium plot sales in emerging Jaipur corridors.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Campaign Management

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
• Optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI and CPL

✅ Lead Generation

• Develop performance-based landing pages and forms
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure lead quality

✅ Social Media Marketing

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Maintain brand tone and consistency across platforms

✅ Content Marketing & SEO

• Write/curate content for blogs, emails, and property listings
• Monitor SEO performance and improve keyword rankings

✅ Analytics & Reporting

• Track daily performance metrics using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights

Requirements:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

🔹 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in real estate)

🔹 Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics

🔹 Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, ChatGPT, etc.

🔹 Strong communication and copywriting skills
