Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to assist in planning, execution and optimization of our digital marketing efforts for our company. You will be key to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is followed and is transparent between the marketing team, stakeholders (global marketing teams) and IT teams by using the appropriate communication channels. Key Responsibilities • Implement and improve digital advertising on the web and social media outlets by utilizing quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaign performance • Provide data analysis and strategic insights to marketing team members on campaign changes required to increase lead generation, engagement levels, and other marketing goals • Work closely within the marketing team to help improve conversion rates, optimization strategies, and online engagement • Create engaging content across Web & digital platforms. • Manage analytics for ongoing optimization • Post, organize, monitor, and report on advertising campaigns across paid search, display, social and other digital marketing channels for both regular and ad hoc marketing needs. • Manage and maintain SEO (keyword, image optimization etc.) for the MEA website including the social media accounts • Set up & monitor PPC campaigns across different advertising platforms. • Support creating the monthly social media calendar • Keep up to date with the latest developments in web technologies, design, standards, and best practice. Our ideal candidate will have... • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent is ideal for this role. • Experience in Digital Marketing, Web Traffic Management, online advertising and SEO management • In depth knowledge of the following digital marketing channels and platforms paid search (Google Ad words), retargeting, display, social advertising, SEO, CRM • A comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Dragon Metrics in order to report on campaigns • A background in B2B marketing • Good communication skills
