🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Listing Executive to manage and optimize listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, SEO optimization, inventory updates, and analytics across all three platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon
• Write compelling titles, bullet points, and product descriptions optimized for SEO & conversion
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Handle image uploads & basic image editing (crop, resize, watermark)
• Manage and update pricing, variations, inventory, SKU mapping
• Optimize product pages for ranking, CTR, and conversions
• Monitor account health and resolve listing errors / suppressions
• Track and improve KPIs: traffic, impressions, sales, CTR
• Coordinate with warehouse/production teams for stock & order updates
• Manage promotions, coupons, and ad campaigns (optional bonus)

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

✔ Minimum 5 years experience in marketplace listing operations (Mandatory)

✔ Proven experience handling Etsy + eBay + Amazon stores

✔ Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

✔ Experience with Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, and eBay Seller Hub

✔ Strong communication & English writing skills
