Role Overview - We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage, grow, and engage our digital presence across platforms. If you understand content, trends, and audience psychology — and can turn ideas into high-performing posts — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Create, manage, and analyze complete Social Media Marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute high-performing content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) aligned with RedSketch brand voice and goals
• Write powerful captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement, inquiries, and conversions
• Create, manage, and optimize Paid Ads campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads – basic to intermediate level)
• Monitor ad performance, budgets, and ROI to ensure maximum lead generation and cost efficiency
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and continuously improve campaign performance
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content and strategy relevant and competitive
• Manage DMs, comments, and audience interactions to ensure professional and timely communication
• Handle and regularly update RedSketch digital assets, including:
• Website (basic updates, content coordination)
• Google Business Profile / Google Places
• Online listings and brand presence across platforms
• Support branding, promotions, events, and lead generation campaigns for courses and workshops

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Media, or Communication preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms
• Good knowledge of Canva / design tools (Photoshop is a plus)
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Passion for content creation and digital trends

Work Details:

Location - On-site (Jaipur)

Timing - Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary - ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Education - Graduate

Experience - Minimum 1 Year
