Suits Workspaces is a fast-growing managed office and commercial real estate company based in Jaipur. We specialize in managed offices, coworking spaces, commercial leasing, and building a broker collaboration platform.

We are now building a strong in-house digital revenue engine and looking for a performance-driven digital marketing leader.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager who will own the entire digital marketing function — from SEO to paid performance campaigns — with a clear focus on lead generation, cost optimization, and revenue contribution.

This is NOT a social media posting job.

This is a revenue-driven digital growth role.

 Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
• Run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• A/B test creatives and landing pages
• Manage ad budgets efficiently with ROI focus

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategy
• Keyword research for:
• Managed office space
• Commercial leasing
• Coworking in Jaipur
• Pre-leased assets
• On-page and off-page SEO
• Improve organic rankings and website traffic
• Technical SEO coordination with developers

Lead Funnel & Conversion Optimization

• Monitor CRM integration
• Improve landing page conversion rates
• Retargeting strategies
• Funnel reporting and analytics
• Monthly performance reports

Aggregator & Listing Management

• Manage property listings on:
• 99acres
• MagicBricks
• Other real estate portals
• Optimize listing visibility and lead quality

KPIs (Performance Measured On)

• Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Monthly Qualified Leads Generated
• Lead-to-Site Visit Ratio
• Organic Traffic Growth
• Campaign ROI
• Revenue contribution from digital channel

 Required Skills

• Strong Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
• SEO execution experience (not theoretical knowledge)
• Google Analytics & Search Console expertise
• CRM understanding (Zoho / HubSpot preferred)
• Landing page optimization knowledge
• Data-driven mindset

 Ideal Candidate

• 4–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Experience in real estate or lead-heavy industry preferred
• Performance-oriented thinker
• Comfortable working with targets
• Can independently handle strategy + execution
