Key Responsibilities: AI-Powered Ad Management (Core Focus):

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with Pixel setup and Google Ads campaigns using AI-first platforms like First Marketing, AdCreative.ai, or Pencil , Whatsapp Api Integration & Management.
• Leverage Generative AI tools for Automations , Ad creatives, copywriting, audience segmentation, and performance predictions.
• Achieve result-oriented KPIs: ROAS > 4x, CTR > 2.5%, CPL reduction by 20% quarterly.

E-commerce Full-Funnel Management:

• Handle complete client journey: onboarding, store audit, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and checkout optimization.
• Drive business development through performance data, A/B testing, and scaling winning campaigns.
• Manage client relationships with weekly strategy calls, ROI presentations, and growth roadmaps.

Daily Operations & Reporting:

• Create and share daily performance dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker Studio) covering spend, conversions, ROAS, and actionable insights.
• Monitor campaigns in real-time, making AI-recommended adjustments for budget allocation and bid strategies.
• Provide all campaign updates via Slack/Email/WhatsApp with clear next steps and predictions.
• Required Skills & Tools:Must-Have: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search/Shopping/Performance Max), Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
• AI Tools: First Marketing, AdCreative.ai, Smartly.io, or similar for automation/creatives.
• E-commerce Platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom store management.
• Soft Skills: Data-driven decision making, client communication, problem-solving under pressure.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,or advance Digital Marketing Course or related field.
• Proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue or Quality LEAD Generation through paid ads (portfolio/case studies required).
• Excellent Hindi + English communication for client reporting and team collaboration.
