Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manger

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can generate patient inquiries for hearing aids and speech therapy services through online marketing channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, running campaigns, and generating qualified leads for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation

• Generate patient leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Create and manage local lead campaigns for hearing tests, hearing aids, and speech therapy
• Track and improve lead conversion

2. Social Media Management

• Manage clinic social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Create engaging posts related to:
• Hearing loss awareness
• Hearing aid technology
• Speech therapy tips
• Reply to messages and inquiries from potential patients

3. Google Business Profile Management

• Optimize and manage Google Business listing
• Increase Google reviews and ratings
• Post regular updates and offers

4. Content Creation

• Design basic marketing creatives using tools like Canva
• Create short videos / reels for patient education
• Write simple captions and awareness content

5. Website & SEO

• Improve clinic visibility on Google search
• Work on local SEO for Jaipur hearing aid searches
• Update website content if required

6. Lead Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain daily lead report
• Track inquiries from:
• Website
• Social media
• Google ads
• WhatsApp

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Understanding of SEO and local search
• Ability to generate and manage leads
• Good communication skills
