Responsibilities: Accounting Duties

• Maintain day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related calculations.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Support in financial audits and reports.

Collection Duties:

• Follow up with clients for pending payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and visits (if required) to collect dues.
• Maintain records of collections and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance team regarding payment status.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes professionally.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting and collections.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
